▣ You Learn
The Management Studies program prepares students to handle challenges in any functional area—anywhere in the world. Students learn a variety of hard, soft and international skills in all areas of business—from accounting to marketing, finance, economics, management, entrepreneurship, and international business.
Management Studies students also learn about technology, innovation and international affairs—and explore the key social, political, economic, and global issues facing the world today. Students learn to lead, manage and execute—as well as develop, implement and communicate cutting edge ideas and creative solutions. Curriculum focuses on real-world approach to management in a variety of industries rather than one.
▣ You Earn
Graduates earn a Bachelor of Arts in Management Studies from the Endicott College of International Studies. In addition, students will be able to take the PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP) ® certification upon completion of studies.
▣ You Prepare
Students prepare for careers in a variety of fields, including: management consultant, project manager, financial analyst, marketing executive, product manager, business analyst, sustainability consultant, logistics and distribution manager, systems analyst, risk manager, human resources manager, training manager, assistant manager, department head, vice president, and chief executive officer.
Students also work with faculty to ensure their career goals are met by creating and implementing a professional development plan and acquiring those skills that give them the competitive edge they need.

Students will develop into engaging and insightful leaders who can contribute and guide teams and organizations successfully. Students will come to understand how their own talent can add practical value to an organization. Through experiential learning, students will cultivate their capacity to be managers of the highest caliber—and be aware of their responsibilities in an organizational context.
