Woosong Professors represent a wide variety of backgrounds, but they all meet Woosong University minimum requirements. Some of our faculty are fairly recent graduates with only a few years of experience; others have advanced degrees and have been teaching for many years.  What ties them all together is a passion for teaching, and a desire to grow both professionally and personally.

Professors at Endicott don’t have to confine their responsibilities to the classroom.  There are numerous opportunities to expand your skill set, or put previously acquired skills to use.  Professors are encouraged to take part in projects (such as material design or clubs), activities (such as contest judging and holiday parties) or professional development (such as conducting or participating in professional workshops, or taking Korean language classes).  Professors are also welcome to develop and submit ideas for new classes.  In addition, for those who wish to build their academic career, Endicott encourages academic research and publication.
